A friend sent this to me.
I loved it and want to share it with you. Why do I have a *variety of friends* who are all so different in character ? How can I get along with them all? I think that each one helps to bring out a “different” part of me. * With one of them I am polite. * I joke with another friend. * I sit down and talk about serious matters with one. * With another I laugh a lot. * I listen to one friend’s problems. * Then I listen to another one’s advice for me. My friends are all like pieces of a jigsaw puzzle. We all pray for each other. Even Doctors tell us that friends are good for our health. Dr. Oz calls them *Vitamin F* (for Friends) and counts the benefits of friends as essential to our well being. *Research shows that people in strong social circles have less risk of depression and terminal strokes.* If you enjoy *Vitamin F* constantly, *The warmth of friendship stops* stress and even in your most intense moments it decreases the chance of a cardiac arrest or stroke by 50%. *I’m so happy that I have such a huge stock of |

You certainly do have a great stock of Vitamin F, Zakiah! And I think that it’s contagious, too! What a great description!
Thank you Janet. I am truly blessed to have this huge a stock of the vitamin F. It is a give and take commitment in life, and yes, I think it is contagious.
So true!!!
Indeed. Evokes a lot of feelings, no?
You are blessed to have a huge stock of Vit. F ….it is indeed wonderful to have them around..
I am blessed, indeed! Where else can I go to let my hair down and talk about a million issues that assail me, and know that these beautiful people I call friends, will not judge me. They will give me strength and support me in all my shortcomings.
Such a beautiful blessing Zak..
I love this, Dr. Z; thank you.
I thought you would like it . It has a zen quality to it doesn’t it? I am so happy my friend sent it to me, and I am happy I shared it here.
Vitamin F helps most people. Some are grumpy no matter what.
No doubt, and that’s why it is important to include them in the group just so we can help them smile and let them see the beauty of you.
Yeah
YAY for Vitamin F!!! You have it in huge doses, SweetZ! π
HUGS!!! π
PS…I love when people who are very different from each other (politically, religiously, economically, etc.) can be great friends! π
I’m afraid in our world today some people are only friends with people who think exactly like them. π¦ They are missing out on so much good!
β€ β€ Thank you Carolyn. Diversity is always good, and having different friends, of different colors and ethnicities and view points makes for such a fun life.
Right on, SweetZ!!! π
I think vitamin F is like love – it never diminishes but grows as you use it. The more you value friends the more people are inclined to become a friend to you~ I like to believe that xanga was a vitamin F factory!!
As always, you bring out the best in your comments. Truly, I think vitamin F is like love. So happy to have belonged to that factory on Xanga. Made me so rich with so many friends.
This is probably the most important vitamin out there.
Sorry Matt, I replied to your comment but didn’t see that I had clicked on Dan’s reply box instead of yours.
So you get two replies from me. Thank you for the comment. Friends make our lives so colorful, and they are there with strength and support.
Without our friends, life would be pretty empty. I’m grateful you’re one of mine.
Such kind words, all in the span of one sentence! Thank you Dan. I am so blessed to be one of your friends.
So true. Friends bring such color in our lives.
Vitamin F..love it. It’s one of the best kinds of vitamins π Hugs
β€ β€ β€ Thank you.
