Lunch and Dinner

I have been trying to eat healthy. This was my lunch today.
Thin slices of smoked turkey breast. I spread some guacamole on them. Added slices of cucumber and rolled the slices up. Had some carrots along and for dessert I had Greek yogurt with mango. It was good.

I had a glass of home made buttermilk with plain Greek yogurt and some salt. I love it.
For dinner I had a cup of tomato/ spiced pepper water and cilantro (mulligatawny soup), and stir fried brussel sprouts with some lentils and shredded coconut. Strawberries for dessert. The reflection of the light in the soup looks weird. huh!

I better stick to this type of food if I know what’s good for me. Right??
